Feb. 14th, 1964 The BEATLES Original Candid Snapshot Relaxing at a MIAMI BEACH Private House

ORIGINAL FEB. 1964 CANDID PHOTO OF THE BEATLES - RELAXING AT A PRIVATE HOME IN MIAMI BEACH, FLA..

Approx. 3-1/2" x 3-1/2".

The Beatles were in Miami Beach for their Ed Sullivan performance, which was broadcast from the Deauville Hotel on Feb. 16, 1964. On Feb. 14th, before the evening rehearsal, they spent most of the day at the Miami Beach home of Jerri Kruger Pollak, a former big band singer. Mrs. Pollak was assisting Life magazine publicists in finding photo locations for the Beatles, and offered her home to the Beatles, where they could relax away from the mobs of fans.

A GREAT CANDID PHOTO OF THE BEATLES - showing them wearing swimming trunks, & relaxing in lounge chairs. George Harrison is looking at the camera).

THIS IS GUARANTEED TO BE AN ORIGINAL PHOTO FROM 1964 - AND NOT A LATER COPY OR REPRINT - SUPERB PROVENANCE - PERSONALLY OBTAINED IN FEB. 1964 FROM MY CLASSMATE IN THE THIRD GRADE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN MIAMI BEACH - RICKY POLLAK, (JERRI POLLAK'S SON), WHO TOLD ME THE AMAZING NEWS THAT THE BEATLES HAD BEEN TO HIS HOUSE, AND WHO GAVE ME THIS ACTUAL PHOTO!
